KaraKara Mayes, Salon Coordinator

Kara began in the salon industry the day she turned 16. She has always had a passion, love and interest for the industry. She continuously attends Redken Salon Development classes to better the salon and it's people. "Our people are why we are such a great salon...we have the best team in Knoxville", she says. She completed her BS at MTSU in Business Administration while working full time in salon. She has made Bombshells a Summit Salon, where employees have a career path and clients have a price point to choose from. She says, "It is our belief that continued education, exceptional customer service and service quality are essential to making our guests happy. And THAT'S what it's about."







AnnaAnna Parmly, Salon Coordinator, Front Desk Team

Anna has been with the Bombshells Front Desk Team over 2 years. She can assist you with finding the stylist that will best fit your needs! Anna delivers the highest level of customer service to each and every guest. Anna is a student at UT studying Business and Art. She has a passion for the fashion industry and is always up-to-date on the latest trends in beauty, clothing, accessories and hair.








KimKim Jones, Salon Team

Kim is a 2001 graduate of the Reuben-Allan Hair Academy in Farragut and she has continuing education in color formulation, corrective color, foil placement and technique, and many cutting/styling classes, all completed with Redken. Kim's favorite part of her job is being able to help people enjoy what they see in the mirror every day. Kim is married with 2 sons, 2 step daughters, and 3 dogs! Her husband is a football coach so their lives revolve around football and they enjoy cheering on the Vols on Saturdays in the fall.








AshleyLauren Clark, Salon Team

Lauren is friendly and outgoing and she loves to meet new people and help them to look good and feel good about themselves. A 2006 graduate of the Tennessee School of Beauty, Lauren specializes in color, shaping, styling, and updos for weddings and proms. Lauren loves to work with color and is especially gifted at matching hair with skin color and shape to give a great look. Lauren is an avid lover of the outdoors, especially hiking, camping, fishing, and snow skiing.









ChrissyChrissy Addington, Salon Team

Chrissy is a 2001 graduate of the Knoxville Institute of Hair Design and she has been practicing her craft for over 8 years now. She specializes in creative color and cuts but also is known for her make-up work. Chrissy loves to help clients who are looking for drastic changes... if you're looking for something totally different, she can help! She also enjoys doing fake eyelashes and brow waxes. When she's not working, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her 5 year old daughter Kenzie.









AshleaAshlea Ferguson, Salon Team/Pureologist

Ashlea is a recent graduate of the Tennessee School of Beauty and she has several specialties. She is an open minded and creative person who especially loves creating wedding, prom, and formal event up-dos. Ashlea also has completed several Redken color and cut classes with a specialty in the Redken Chemistry System. Ashlea is exceptionally gifted at communicating with her clients to get the exact results they are looking for.









LindseyLindsey Kennedy, Salon Team

Lindsey has over 7 years of experience in the industry. She is fun, energetic and loves to take care of her guests. She loves creating color to enhance her client's look and will finish with a great design. She attends Redken product and color classes on a regular basis. She also attends Pureology styling classes to keep her skills up to date. Lindsey is also Keratin Complex certified.











ShamraShamra Estep, Salon Team

Shamra has been doing hair since January of 2005. She has extensive training in both Matrix and Redken color. Shamra has also attended numerous cutting classes. She loves doing all types of hair and especially loves to cut and color. She also has skill with Up-dos. Shamra is very personable, easy to get along with, and outgoing which helps her put all of her clients at ease. Her hobbies include interior design, horseback riding, and spending time with her daughter.









HeatherHeather Maupin, Salon Team

Heather is a hair coloring and shaping specialist. She has 5 years of experience and 3 of those were spent in a highly competitive Aveda training salon. She has participated in hands on workshops throughout the state of Tennessee and all around the southeast. A 2004 graduate of the Tennessee School of Beauty, Heather has a deep love of her family, a strong faith, and a passion for perfecting the craft of hair, color, and shape.









JordanJordan Harbin, Salon Team

Jordan is a newer team member to Bombshells, but not to the beauty industry! She has had over 2 years of intense continued education after she graduated from TSB in 2008. She is highly trained and qualified in both creative color and design. Jordan is excited to except new guests! She has a passion for color and enjoys doing special occasion hair. She is a good listener, which enables her to deliver exceptional customer service to her guests. Jordan says, "The best thing about my job is making people feel beautiful!"

She loves to take your idea and customize that into a new look! Permelia especially enjoys working with any color guest and also specializes in special occasion hair.






RhondaRhonda Wright, Spa Team, Massage Therapist

Rhonda Wright is one of the newest members of the Bombshells team but she already feels like family. Rhonda is a massage therapist with over 10 years of experience and a love of her work. She specializes in sinus massages and therapeutic massages. Rhonda is married and has one son.










Allison Allison Hutchison, Spa Team, Skin/Waxing Specialist

Allison is a newer member of the Bombshells Team. She loves to share her skin care knowledge to help her clients feel and look their best. Some of her most popular services are her variety of facials, lash tinting, brow tinting and waxing. Allison loves when her guests can relax and be pampered.
